29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a. On or about April 12, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing commercial ironwork operations from a Sky Power JLG 600AJ aerial lift, approximately twenty-five (25) feet above the ground, were not wearing a personal fall protection system, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.
