29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the wheel periphery and the adjustable tongue or the end of the peripheral member at the top exceeded one-fourth inch. A) In the metal shop a bench grinder had a tongue guard that was 1 inch from the surface of the grinding wheel, instead of the required quarter inch.
