29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about April 12, 2024, on the upper level of a residential building, employees of a subcontractor were not in use of fall protection while performing framing work activities from a work level that was more than six(6) feet to the ground below. Rausch Colman Homes was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1440991, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on March 9, 2020 with a final abatement date of April 30, 2020, with respect to a workplace hazard at 8025 NW 77th St., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
