Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: a) On April 12, 2024, employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 16 feet to the ground. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
