Towaco, New Jersey 07082. a) The employer did not ensure that a latch hook was provided and/or was functional for the CraneWerks Harrington 5-ton electric gantry crane. Employees engaged in the manufacture of boilers were exposed to crushing hazards while using the overhead crane with a missing latch hook and/or with the latch hook not functioning in a manner intended by the manufacturer. Violation occurred on or around April 5, 2024.
