29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1):Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazards created by in-going nip points, rotating parts, and/or flying chips and sparks:  a) 2 Twosome Drive, Moorestown, NJ - Pinning Section - One or more methods of machine guarding from the rotating chuck (740 - 3140 RPM) was not provided for workers who operate the Wen 5 speed  Drill Press (Model #4208), thus exposing employees to ingoing nip points, rotating parts and flying chips. This condition was observed on or about April 15, 2024.  b) 2 Twosome Drive, Moorestown, NJ - Maintenance Loft - One or more methods of machine guarding from the rotating chuck (740 - 3140 RPM) was not provided for workers who operate the Wen 5 speed  Drill Press (Model #4208), thus exposing employees to ingoing nip points, rotating parts and flying chips. This condition was observed on or about April 15, 2024.  c) 2 Twosome Drive, Moorestown, NJ - Saw Area - One or more methods of machine guarding from the rotating chuck (140 - 3050 RPM) was not provided for workers who operate the Grizzly 14 inch Heavy Duty 12 Speed Floor  Drill Press (Model #G7944), thus exposing employees to ingoing nip points, rotating parts and flying chips. This condition was observed on or about April 15, 2024.  NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  a) 2 Twosome Drive, Moorestown, NJ - Mat Cutter - The employer did not provide training to employees that used chemicals such as, but not limited to Diethylene Glycol Diethyl Ether, Propylene Carbonate, etc. contained in EPSON, CL, T49V0/SC24CLL (ink jet printer head cleaner). This condition was noted on or about April 15, 2024.  NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
