1910.145(c)(2)(ii) All employees shall be instructed that caution signs indicate a possible hazard against which proper precaution should be taken: a. On or about April 15, 2024, located in the Auto Assembly area, the employer did not ensure the control of hazardous energy procedures for the Stopcock machines clearly and specifically outlined the techniques to be utilized to protect employees from the brass printer head (Hot Stamp), exposing employees to thermal energy of approximately 425 to 495 degrees Fahrenheit.
