29 CFR 1926.1417(a): The employer did not comply with all manufacturer procedures applicable to the operational functions of the equipment, including its use with attachments.  On or about April 12, 2024, near the Fabrication building, a crawler crane was being operated without following the manufacturer's procedures within the operator's manual while lowering the boom and luffing jib.
