29 CFR  1926.1424(a)(2)(ii): To prevent employees from entering hazard areas, crane swing radius, the employer did not erect and maintain control lines, warning lines, railings or similar barriers to mark the boundaries of the hazard areas:  a) 5605 N Crescent Blvd, Pennsauken, NJ -  Employees were exposed to struck-by and caught-in-between hazards in that the employer did not set up a barrier or similar devises to keep workers from entering the swing radius of the Grove RT 700E, All Terrain, telescoping boom crane. This condition was observed on or about April 16, 2024.  NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
