29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  (a) Elite Custom Builders LLC dba Elite Roofing and Solar, 10241 Riverstone Dr., Parker, CO: On or before April 16, 2024 the  controlling employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that ten employees of the subcontractor were removing and installing shingles on a multi-story residential home, with a roof pitch of approximately 6-in-12, were not utilizing a fall protection system.  Two employees wore fall harnesses; however, they were not connected to the fall protection system on the roof.  This condition exposed the employees to a fall of approximately 11 feet to the ground.
