29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) 4290 Neibauer Rd, Billings, MT: On April 8, 2024 and at times prior, employees were exposed to catapult and subsequent fall hazards of approximately 20 feet while applying material to the outside of a building in a Genie S-60 aerial lift.
