29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): The employer did not provide portable fire extinguishers and did not mount, locate and identify them so that they are readily accessible to employees without subjecting the employees to possible injury.  On or about April 16, 2024, the employer did not ensure each fire extinguisher in the compression areas were mounted and easily identified. This exposed employees to fire hazards ad smoke inhalation.  a) Compression Area A (3-fire extinguishers on the floor), fire extinguishers were not mounted and easily identified.  b) Compression Area B, fire extinguisher was not mounted and easily identified.  c) Compression Area C, fire extinguisher was not mounted and easily identified.
