On or about April 15, 2024, at 2212 Oasis Palm Circle, Building #4, Cape Coral, Florida, 33991, employees were walking up and down four flights of job made stairs, wherein the stairs were constructed onsite without the use of engineering data/architectural drawings, during which time the third floor and second floor stairs collapsed; therefore exposing the employees to a fall hazards.  b. On or about April 15, 2024, at 2212 Oasis Palm Circle, Building #5, Cape Coral, Florida, 33991, employees were walking up and down four flights of job made stairs, wherein the stairs were constructed onsite without the use of engineering data/architectural drawings; therefore exposing the employees to a fall hazards.  c. On or about April 15, 2024, at 2212 Oasis Palm Circle, Building #6, Cape Coral, Florida, 33991, employees were walking up and down four flights of job made stairs, wherein the stairs were constructed onsite without the use of engineering data/architectural drawings; therefore exposing the employees to a fall hazards.
