29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. On or about April 17, 2024, on the east side of the building; an employee utilized an aerial lift without adequate fall protection while performing framing work on the exterior of the building. The Space City Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1483889, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/31/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 21360 U.S. Hwy 59, New Caney, Texas 77357.
