29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i): Respirators were not stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals: On or about April 17, 2024, and times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure employees required to wear tight-fitting, negative pressure respirators stored and protected the respirators from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals. The respirator was hung on a screw by the nose cup and had become deformed from hanging. The one-way valves were missing from the inside of the respirator also.
