29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to possible injuries: a) Sensor Shed, where the Amerex fire extinguisher mounted on the left side of personnel door, was not identified, was not visible when the door was open, and the path to the fire extinguisher was blocked with items including buckets, equipment cases, and a folding chair.
