29 CFR  1926.102(a)(3): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee who wears prescription lenses while engaged in operations that involve eye hazards wears eye protection that incorporates the prescription in its design, or wears eye protection that can be worn over the prescription lenses without disturbing the proper position of the prescription lenses or the protective lenses.  a) On or about April 17, 2024, at the construction site: employees were exposed to eye injuries while installing insulation material, drywall, framing, and handling trash, in that protective eyewear was not used for employees who require prescription glasses.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  a) On or about April 17, 2024, at the construction site: employees were exposed to health hazards, in that, the employer did not provide safety data sheet training for employees working with Fiber Glass Insulation/Insulation Board.

29 CFR  1910.1200(g)(8):   The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work  shift to employees when they were in their work area(s).  a) On or about April 17, 2024, at the construction site: employees were exposed to health hazards, in that the employer did not maintain Safety Data Sheets for products used such as, but not limited to , Fiber Glass Insulation/Insulation Board.
