29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: a) Room 142 Gun Lockers, where an effective housekeeping schedule was not in place to ensure all surfaces, including the exterior surface of the gun locker doors, were maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead. The U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Border Patrol was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1525226, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on July 16, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at Blaine, WA.
