29 CFR 1926.1153(c)(1):29 CFR 1926.1153(c)(1): For each employee engaged in a task identified in Table 1, the employer did not fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection specified for the task on Table 1: Worksite located at 9710 N. Oak Trafficway, Kansas City, Missouri- Employee was exposed to respirable silica hazards while the employee was cutting control joints with a radial saw. Employee was also observed using a blower to move the dust off the surface. The employee was not protected from exposure to silica hazards by the use of engineering practices such as a wet cutting method, or respiratory protection specified on Table 1.
