29 CFR  1926.416(a)(1): The employer permitted employees to work in close proximity to energized, unguarded, and ungrounded electric power circuits that the employee could contact in the course of their work: (a)(LOCATION)(IDENTIFY SPECIFIC EQUIPMENT AND/OR CONDITIONS)(DESCRIBE HAZARDS WHERE NECESSARY)  a) At or near 150 S Dean St, Englewood NJ - Articulated Boom Basket: employees were exposed to electric hazards while installing 10 feet long aluminum flashing pieces from an articulated boom basket that was approximately betweeen 97 inches and 113 inches from a 69KV, on or about 3/25/24  b) At or near 150 S Dean St, Englewood NJ - Articulated Boom Basket: employees were exposed to electric hazards while installing 10 feet long siding elements  from an articulated boom basket that was approximately betweeen 97 inches and 113 inches  from a 69KV energized primary line, on or about 3/11/24
