29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2):Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide: A). At 5578 Wiseman Blvd, San Antonio, TX 78253: On or about April 16, 2024, and times prior thereto, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while utilizing the rails of a Skyjack scissor lift as a platform to weld metal beams to a commercial buildings frame. B). At 5578 Wiseman Blvd, San Antonio, TX 78253: On or about April 16, 2024, and times prior thereto, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while utilizing the rails of a MEC Micro 19 scissor lift as a platform to weld metal beams to a commercial buildings frame. Zinsmeyer Structural Steel was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.451(b)(2)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1597716, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on (09/12/2022), with respect to a workplace located at 3206 Fredericksburg Rd., San Antonio TX, 78201.
