29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv):Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms without being specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: On or about April 18, 2024, and at time prior thereto, at a newly constructed commercial building, where employees were exposed to a fall hazards when performing work from a basket attached to the JCB 507-42 forklift, without the forklift being designed for such use.
