29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: (a) Worksite; aerial lift basket: On or about April 16, 2024, employees were exposed to fall hazards in that the employer did not ensure employees were utilizing body belt/body harness and lanyard while elevated in an aerial lift platform at heights of approximately 17-feet engaged in sign installation.
