On or about April 17, 2024, at the construction site next to the superintendent's trailer employees were using a Norton Clipper wet saw which was plugged into a non-GFCI electrical outlet.

29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv):Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: On or about April 17, 2024, at the superintendent's trailer employees were using an extension cord with a Norton Clipper wet saw that did not have proper strain relief as insulation was pulled down at the male end exposing the internal wires.
