29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l). a) Adroit Manufacturing LTD 195 Liberty St. Metuchen NJ 08814 - Throughout warehouse - Forklift operators were not trained and evaluated to safely operate powered industrial trucks at the worksite. To include, but not limited to: -Truck safety related topics including workplace related topics; -Surface conditions where the vehicle is to be operated. This condition exposed employees to struck by hazards. Condition noted on or about 4/19/2024.
