29 CFR 1926.1060(a): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and stairways, as necessary, which would enable each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and stairways and train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards: On or about April 19, 2024, on site of an establishment located at 2300 NW Federal Highway, Stuart, Florida, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 6 feet when utilizing a step (A-frame) ladder prior to being provided with training to recognize and avoid the hazards associated with the use of the ladder.
