29 CFR  1926.1052(c)(1)(i):Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail:  (a) Second Level: On or about, 04/18/2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to trip hazards due to employees utilizing a stairway of over 9 risers (5-feet, 2-inches) without a handrail to reach the third story.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)  Third floor:  On or about 04/18/2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 44-feet to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided while employees were engaged in roofing activities.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a) Third Story: On or about 04/18/2024 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that eye protection was not provided while using pneumatic nails guns engaged in roofing activities.    USA Framing Group was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1657608, citation number 3 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05-31-2023 and OSHA inspection number 1641773, citation number 1 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 02-21-2023, with respect to a workplace located at 3890 and 3837 Enclave Way, Tucker, GA 30084 respectively.
