29 CFR  1910.95(l)(1):The employer did not post of copy of 29 CFR 1910.95 in the workplace:  a) 501 Industrial Prky, GREENVILLE, AL 36037; On or about April 18, 2024, and at times prior to, the employer did not make available to affected employees copies of 29 CFR 1910.95 and did not post a copy in the workplace. An employee was exposed to noise levels of 107% (equivalent to an 8-hour time weighted average TWA of 90.3 dBA) which is approximately 2.15 times the action level of 50% (equivalent to an 8-hour TWA of 85 dBA). Results were based on a 468 minute sampling period conducted. Exposure calculations include a zero increment for the 12 minute period not sampled.   b) 501 Industrial Prky, GREENVILLE, AL 36037; On or about April 18, 2024, and at times prior to, the employer did not make available to affected employees copies of 29 CFR 1910.95 and did not post a copy in the workplace. An employee was exposed to noise levels of 104.2% (equivalent to an 8-hour time weighted average TWA of 90.2 dBA) which is approximately 2.08 times the action level of 50% (equivalent to an 8-hour TWA of 85 dBA). Results were based on a 469 minute sampling period conducted. Exposure calculations include a zero increment for the 11 minute period not sampled.   c) 501 Industrial Prky, GREENVILLE, AL 36037; On or about April 18, 2024, and at times prior to, the employer did not make available to affected employees copies of 29 CFR 1910.95 and did not post a copy in the workplace.
