29 CFR 1910.95(b)(1):When employees were subjected to sound exceeding those listed in Table G-16, feasible administrative or engineering controls were not utilized: 455 Sackett Point Road, North Haven CT: On or about June 7, 2024 the employer did not implement feasible engineering and administrative controls for the employee exposed to an 8-hour time weighted average sound pressure level of 101.3 dBA while performing tasks such as (but not limited to) operating the corrugator.
