29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition:  a) Warehouse - On April 19, 2024, the employer did not ensure that the Yale forklift model #ERC040GHN48TE082, serial #A908N09928G, powered industrial truck(s) with the damaged back left tire, was withdrawn from service until restored to safe operating condition.  b) Warehouse -  On April 19, 2024, the employer did not ensure that the Toyota, model #7FBEU20, serial #12372, powered industrial truck(s) with the lights broken on both sides of the forklift, was withdrawn from service until restored to safe operating condition.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
