At the worksite, located at 198 6th St N Bradenton, FL 34201; On or about 4/10/24, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 1 ft, in that, a 5-gallon paint bucket was used as a step stool in order to conduct painting and patch work operations on a commercial beach rental building.

29 CFR  1926.451(e)(5)(i):Ramps and walkways 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels did not have guardrail systems that comply with subpart M of this part -- Fall Protection:  a.) At the worksite, located at 198 6th St N Bradenton, FL 34201; On or about 4/10/24, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 7ft, 14ft and 20ft, in that, a supported scaffold that was bridged on each level platform to a separate scaffolding platform was used without a full guardrail system in order to conduct painting and patch work operations on a commercial beach rental building.

At the worksite, located at 198 6th St N Bradenton, FL 34201; On or about 4/10/24, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 9ft, 12ft, 18ft and 21ft, in that, fall protection was not provided for employees conducting painting operations on a commercial beach rental building while accessing and egressing balconies from a nearby supported scaffold, by climbing over the railings.
