29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall protection. On or about 18 April 2024 and at times prior thereto, the employer allowed workers to work on the roof without a proper fall protection system while exposed to falls greater than 56 feet to the ground below. Employees were installing concrete on roof panels.
