29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or perso(a)(LOCATION)(IDENTIFY SPECIFIC OPERATIONS AND/OR CONDITIONS)(DESCRIBE HAZARD(S) WHERE NECESSARY) On or about April 18, 2024, and at times prior thereto, employees conducted residential construction activities without adequate fall protection while exposed to falls greater than 56 feet (five stories) above the ground.
