29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems: On or about April 11, 2024, and at times thereafter, employees were exposed to fall hazards approximately 19 feet to the ground below when installing steel decking on the elevated work platform near Column G47 and the employer had not ensured a suitable fall protection system was used.

29 CFR 1926.760(d)(1): Guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems and their components did not conform to the criteria in 1926.502 (Appendix G to this subpart): On or about April 11, 2024, and at times thereafter, employees were exposed to fall hazards approximately 19 feet to the ground below when installing steel decking on the elevated work platform near Column G47 and the employer had not ensured nylon lifting straps choked around ceiling beams were protected from cuts and abrasions.
