29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employees did not always stand firmly on the floor of the basket, and sat or climbed on the edge of the basket or used planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position: a) 2950 Brighton Blvd, DENVER, CO 80216 : On or about April 15, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards while working from a step-ladder that was placed on the working platform of a scissor lift. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet.
