29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: (a) At 815 Green Springs Hwy, The Edge Development in Homewood, AL: On or about 4/19/2024, the employer exposed employees to impalement hazards in that, rebars were not guarded while foundation was being prepared for concrete pour.
