The employee was working from the edge approximately 12-feet above the ground without a means of fall protection; on or about April 19, 2024. b) Worksite, Equestrian Estates, 250 Round Swamp Road, Melville, NY, 11747- Employees were working on the third floor of a 3-story residential private dwelling. Employees were installing roof rafters while standing on the edge, approximately 10-feet above the lower level without a means of fall protection; on or about April 19, 2024. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
