29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: On and/or before April 18, 2024, employees used hazardous chemicals in the following areas: a. Breakfast Pantry and Pantry Restroom: corrosive and eye hazardous chemicals were used for cleaning area and restroom. b. Laundry Room: eye hazardous chemicals were used during cleaning processes. c. Maintenance Shop: eye and dermal hazardous chemicals were used during cleaning processes. The employer had old safety data sheets in the work centers and were missing safety data sheets for currently used products. These conditions potentially exposed the employees to dermal, retinal, and corneal burns.

Maintenance Shop: spray bottle containing a pink liquid with a different permanent marker name on the container and no warning properties listed.
