29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1):Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems. On or about April 19, 2024, during the installation of roof decking and insulation on a structural steel at the job site located at 4949 Mt Pleasant St NW, North Canton Ohio 44720; the employer did not ensure working employees were protected from a fall hazard of 33.10 feet by utilizing a fall protection system.
