29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Location: South side of home on the roof @ 47 Vestal St. Fall River, MA. On or about 04/22/24 employees were exposed to fall hazards of more than 18 feet from the ground below, where a guardrail system or, personal fall arrest system was not in use.
