OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that an employee was exposed to a fall hazard: Location: 2958 JFK Blvd., Jersey City NJ 07306. a: On or about April 16, 2024, the employer failed to ensure that employees performed work at a jobsite free from recognized hazards. An employee was exposed to a fall hazard from standing and working on the raised arm of a Komatsu hydraulic excavator.
