On or about April 11, 2024, on the northeast side of the job site, on the second level of the of the structure, employees were performing framing activities from a height greater than six (6) feet and were not in use of fall protection. b.) On or about April 11, 2024, on the southwest side of the job site, on the framing of the porch structure, employees were performing framing activities from a height greater than six (6) feet and were not in use of fall protection.
