29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2):Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, and uprights did not bear on base plates and mud sills or other adequate firm foundation: On or about April 21, 2024 on the east side of the residential home, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard when working from a pump jack scaffold where the scaffold poles were not placed on mud sills.
