29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2):Installation and use. Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling. a. On or about April 22, 2024, along Lines 1 and 2 in Building 2801, the employer did not ensure that metal electrical outlet boxes with knockouts used as pendant boxes were mounted per their listing and labeling instructions. Employees were thereby exposed to injuries associated with contact with live electrical parts.
