29 CFR  1926.451(b)(2): Scaffold platforms and walkways were not at least 18 inches wide:  a) 303 Lippincott Dr., Marlton, NJ: An employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately sixteen feet to the ground below. An employee was observed climbing from the United Rentals' scissor lift #AB336914 to United Rentals' scissor lift #3369RT. The employee stood on and than climbed over the rails. The access points where not used as they were opposite of each other at that time. Observed on or about 04/23/24  b) 303 Lippincott Dr., Marlton, NJ: An employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately eighteen feet to the ground below. The employee was observed standing on the mid-rails of the United Rentals' scissor lift #3369RT while performing his duties. Observed on or about 04/23/24  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
