At a worksite located at lot 190 Savannah St, Lake Lotawana, MO, 64086, employees were exposed to eye injury hazards. The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing them to utilize pneumatic nail guns without the use of eye protection. This hazard was most recently observed on or about 4/23/2024.
