29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form. Baggage Area 5: On and/or before May 7th, 2024, employees conducted baggage screening and inspection tasks inside the facility, adjacent to the boarding gates where aircraft were in operation, without a workplace assessment conducted to determine the respiratory hazards associated with aircraft exhaust and/or fuels. Employees were exposed to potential health hazards, such as dizziness, headache, nausea, and irritation to the eyes and/or respiratory system.
