29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:  In the following locations, electrical equipment was used in a manner that was against the listing or labeling instructions: a) Terminal 2 Management Office:  The Panasonic microwave was powered by into a Fellowes brand relocatable power tap, which was plugged into permanent power.  b) Baggage 6 (OSARP) Breakroom:  The Panasonic microwave was powered by a Universal relocatable power tap (Model: 71642), which was plugged into permanent power.  c) Baggage 6 (OSARP) Breakroom:  The Made By Design toaster (Model KT-3215) was powered by an extension cord plugged into a Universal relocatable power tap (Model 71642), which was plugged into permanent power.   d) Checkpoint 2 Breakroom:  The Magic Chef microwave (Model: MCM1611ST) was powered by a relocatable power tap, which was plugged into permanent power.   Employees were exposed to electrical and/or fire hazards.    The Transportation Security Administration was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard [29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2)], which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1661461, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 28, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 2191 East 32nd Street, Yuma, Arizona 85365.
