29 CFR  1910.178(n)(6): The driver shall be required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel:  a. 41 Doremus Ave., Newark, NJ - Warehouse  The employer did not ensure that powered industrial trucks were operated by  employees in a manner that allowed for a clear view of the path of travel.  Employees operating Komatsu, Model FG25ST, forklifts moved merchandise in the warehouse with loads which obstructed their view of forward travel and did not operate the equipment in reverse, causing an employee to be struck.  Violation occurred on or about April 12, 2024
