29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) On or about April 22, 2024, employees were exposed to fall hazards while working from the pitched roof of a residential structure having a ridge height of approximately 25 feet and ground to eave height of approximately 14 feet. b) On or about April 22, 2024, employees were exposed to fall hazards while working from the pitched roof of a detached two-car garage having a ground to eave height of approximately 8 feet. No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
